PROGRAMS
Crossfit
These workouts are high-intensity, functional fitness workouts that combine elements of weightlifting, cardio, and bodyweight movements. Classes are an hour and include a warm-up, skill or strength training, and the Workout of the Day (WOD). Workouts are scalable, meaning they can be adjusted for different fitness levels. The focus is on improving overall strength, endurance, agility, and mobility in a supportive, community-driven environment.
THE CRUCIBLE
On Saturday mornings, we take things to the next level with a focus on refining technical movements and mastering higher-skilled gymnastics. Expect a challenging yet rewarding session designed to push your limits, improve your form, and build confidence in more advanced techniques.
FELLOWSHIP
Fellowship brings the community together for a fun, team-focused workout. Designed for partners, these sessions are less technical than our regular CrossFit classes, emphasizing intensity, teamwork, and camaraderie. Fellowship is all about support, sweat, and high-fives. It’s a time to push limits, encourage one another, and remind ourselves that fitness is better together.
