Frank Desantis

Co-Owner & Head Coach, CrossFit Salute

Frank DeSantis is the co-owner and head coach of CrossFit Salute, bringing over 11 years of coaching experience to the community. A former infantryman in the Marines, Frank developed a deep understanding of discipline, resilience, and teamwork—values he instills in every athlete he coaches. His leadership extends beyond the military, with a strong background in corporate leadership roles that have further sharpened his ability to motivate and inspire.

At CrossFit Salute, Frank is dedicated to helping individuals push past their limits, build mental and physical toughness, and achieve their fitness goals in a supportive, high-energy environment. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting your journey, Frank’s coaching style blends expertise, accountability, and camaraderie to help you succeed!

Andrea Desantis

Co-owner & Coach, CrossFit Salute 

Coach Andrea had been a dedicated part of the CrossFit Salute family for nearly a decade, not only as a co-owner but also as an active member.

Her passion for fitness and community extends beyond the gym floor. Drawing from her extensive background in child development and working with kids, she brings a unique approach to CrossFit coaching. Focusing not only on strength and technique but also fostering mental resilience, confidence, and teamwork in athletes of all ages. 

Whether she is leading a class or training alongside members, Andrea believes in creating a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive and reach their full potential.

She has a genuine commitment to inspiring others, improving health, and showing all the transformative power of CrossFit.
